WISMA MARTHA is located very close to Jogja Expo Center (JEC) where international exhibitions and cultural performance are held in Yogyakarta. The distance of 5 minutes drive to JEC makes the guesthouse an ideal place to stay for the participants and visitors from out of town.
It also takes 5 minutes for the guests staying at WISMA MARTHA to get to Kotagede. Besides being famous for the silver handicraft, Kotagede was the center of Old Mataram kingdom where tourists can enjoy the beauty of the old building architecture and the ruins of the kingdom.

The use of Function Hall
Capacity: for 300 persons
Facilities: sound system, ceiling fan, 2 bath rooms
- For the guests staying at WISMA MARTHA and occupy 10 or more rooms: the use of the function hall for 5 hours will be charged as much as IDR 400,000,- with additional facility of 50 seats.
- For party, wedding, circumcision, birthday, etc.
For 5-hour-use of the function hall it costs IDR 700,000, including 50 seats (and IDR 1,500 per additional seat) - The rate of staying for seminar, meeting, etc is IDR 79,000/person; 10 people at minimum (1 room for 4 persons)
Additional facilities: OHP, 50 seats, meeting kits, 2 x coffee break, 3 x dines (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
