With "The Secret Garden of Kalasan" as the tagline, Lemah Ledok Garden Resto is not just a common garden restaurant. A 2500 square meters area is transformed into a restaurant with Javanese interior surrounded by trim and beautiful garden. The spacious main hall is designed neatly with carved wooden chairs. A carved wooden partition (gebyok), antique lamps, a rickshaw, and also a traditional chart with mamboo hat, a wad of rice and corn strengthen the typical atmosphere of Java. This semi open hall is surrounded by beautiful green garden. A stone wall decorated by water effect separates the main hall and mat-seat area. A small path leads to some joglo gazebos with puppet characters's name. While waiting for your food order, you can take a walk enjoying the beauty of the garden and colorful fishes in the ponds, or take a picture in an alley of flowers or a wooden boat in a small pond.

Even though it is designed in Javanese interior, Lemah Ledok Garden Resto is not only serving Javanese food. Various Indonesian cuisine can be ordered here. The special menu of crispy Ayam Goreng Kalasan Lemah Ledok, Gurame Bakar Madu Lemah Ledok (Honey Grilled Gourami), Udang Bakar Madu (Honey Grilled Shrimp), Ayam Bakar Lemah Ledok (Lemah Ledok Grilled Chicken are must-try menu. Feeling like trying the Iga Bakar (Grilled Rib) or Sate Lilit Gurame (Gourami Satay)? Hmmm..., yummy! The food price range from IDR 10,000 - IDR 60,000.

Have you ever heard about Kawista fruit? This close genus of Maja fruit in the family of Rutaceae is rarely found nowadays. Lemah Ledok Garden Resto is trying to reintroduce it to people by making it as a special beverage. Kawisku Lemah Ledok combines Kawista syrup, lemon syrup, and soda. Delicious! Es Jambon Lemah Ledok or Es Lembah Hijau are also recommended. For hot drinks, there are Wedang Lemah Ledok, Wedang Uwuh, Bajigur, Sekoteng, Teh Poci Gula Batu, and many more. The beverages price range from IDR 4,000 - IDR 20,000.

Lemah Ledok Garden Resto can accommodate up to 250 people and is equipped with hot spot area and AC meeting room up to 60 people. There are also vegetarian package, family style package, coffee break package, and wedding package. Lemah Ledok Garden Resto is located in Kalasan, around 12 km east of Jogja's center. Turning left to Jalan Cangkringan, there is a big joglo on the right side with the sign of "Lemah Ledok" on its top. Usually, the pendapa looks empty. But don't worry, you just need to find the entrance to this secret garden.
