  • Document Express (DOX) - International door-to-door service for document or parcels not a subject to custom clearance, starting from 0.5 Kg - 2.5 Kg.
  • Package / Parcel (WPX - World Parcel Express) - An International door-to-door delivery services for goods subject to custom clearance with starting from 0.5 Kg - 999 Kg above.
  • Import Express (IMP) - Implementation of Ex-Work (EXW) Inco-term, which mean consignee have full control for their shipment, by responsible in Transportation arrangement and for the Transportation cost.
  • Domestic shipment (DOM), with zoning price policy offering competitive rate applied all over Indonesia.
  • University Express, University Express is DHL's special service designed exclusively for the fast, safe and reliable delivery of applications of students applying abroad.
