d'Omah Jogja is located in the tourist kampong of Tembi - Yogyakarta, only 20 minutes from the city heart. The rural atmosphere will be felt immediately after entering the area of d'Omah Jogja. Right in front of the joglo house, there is paddy field with farmers working on it. If you are lucky, you can see the process of harvesting the paddy.

The front building of d'Omah Jogja is a 1000 m2 joglo which was moved piece by piece from a house that used to be a Javanese nobleman house. This house is functioning as a reception room, library, and has 3 large deluxe rooms complete with private terrace and a pool face directly to the rooms. Some of the rooms are even equipped with open bathroom.

Walking to the back through a bamboo bridge, you will get in a tropical garden with a beautiful lotus pond. There are also tables and chairs for cozy garden parties or romantic candle light dinners. Right in front of the lotus pond is a subdistrict head (camat) house which is more than 100 years old. There are 5 large bedrooms and a swimming pool in this house. Still in this tropical garden area, there are retreat facility, spa, fitness, and also a chance of yoga training under the supervision of international experts.

A little bit further of walking through some resident houses, you will get in a joglo house in yellow color domination. This house consists of 5 bedrooms, a swimming pool and a lotus pond that can be seen from the room's terrace. Like the other old javanese houses, all of the rooms in d'Omah Jogja are equipped with many doors interconnected to the other rooms.

Beside as a relaxing place to stay, you can also do a lot of fun activities. d'Omah Jogja offers many comfortable spaces for meeting, get some coffee with friends, or just reading a book. Taking an andong or riding a bike around the village, planting rice with local people, making concrete bricks, or just listening to the gamelan is an extraordinary experiences rarely found in other places.
