CV HALIM PRATAMA - Furniture Manufacture & Export

Since 1999 we manufacture and export a large variety of indoor and outdoor furniture, mainly to the USA and Europe. Our product line includes colonial furniture, garden furniture, antique reproduction and fashionable designs, made from teak or mahogany. We also make new, customized designs provided by our customers. In addition we have a special line of stylish, contemporary furniture of recycled, old teak.

Our furniture is hand-made by skilled and professional craftsmen. We carefully select the wood for our products and make certain it is legally obtained. To assure a good quality the wood is Kiln-dried before being processed.

Our furniture is made of solid wood, however we sometimes find it, in agreement with the customer, necessary to add plywood in the construction. As wood is a living material, which responds to climate change, the use of plywood helps preventing the furniture from cracking and warping. Furthermore plywood is much thinner and lighter than solid wood and as a result the items aren't excessively heavy and are easier to move around.

We use several types of finishing and our furniture comes in various colors.

At the moment our company has a capacity of 5 containers a month. When an order is placed for the first time, it normally takes us around 2 months to prepare the shipment of a 40 feet container. Following orders usually need around 6 weeks.

All our products are subject to a close control to meet the highest standard of quality. Quality control is implemented in all stages of the process, starting from selecting raw materials, processing, constructing, finishing until packing and container stuffing.

Next to providing good quality products we find it as important to provide good service. Flexibility and reliability are essential for a satisfied customer and a long-term relationship. And after all, that's what our company aims for.
